Daniel‘s extensive background spans nearly two decades in the cyber security industry, boasting a stellar record in senior Sales and Sales Management roles at renowned companies like HP, NTT, and Orange Cyberdefense. His unwavering commitment to grasping the true cyber security challenges faced by organisations has culminated in the establishment of Utopia Cyber. With a resolute vision to provide top-tier cyber security resources, technology, and services to UK businesses at competitive rates, Daniel is poised to revolutionise the industry. Confident in Utopia Cyber’s streamlined and effective approach, he anticipates not only success but thriving in supporting customers nationwide.
Lee Morton
With nearly two decades of experience as an Information Security Lead, Lee brings a wealth of expertise in safeguarding digital assets and ensuring robust security protocols. Before specialising in information security, Lee developed a strong foundation in IT as a Network Manager, where he honed skills in network architecture and management. Lee’s diverse background also includes roles as a Civil Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer, reflecting a broad technical knowledge and a problem-solving mindset. Lee’s unique blend of engineering and IT experience allows him to approach information security with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring innovative and effective solutions for complex security challenges.
David Hemingway
Coming into his 30th year in IT and having lead security teams across Operations, Architecture and Identity for 20 of those, David takes a very pragmatic approach to problem solving. His practical, first hand experience, approach has been successful in building SOCs, enabling modern Identity platforms and rebuilding after disaster, within Financial, Legal, Retail and Gaming sectors.
David shares Lees passion for ensuring organisations get the best value from their suppliers and recognises that current industry practice does not always work in the best interest of people actually making a purchase. He believes there must be a better way to bring in new products, through transparent commercial practice, rather than hiding fees within the supply chain.
